My observation 2
For the past few weeks, while waiting for the bus in the morning, I've been noticing a particular person at the stop near my home. A regular-looking, skinny boy, about 12 years old shows up every day at the same time, wearing just a t-shirt regardless of whether it is 0, 7, or 15 degrees. It is quite a contrast seeing all of the other commuters cloaked with their thick jackets and coats waiting for their transport beside this boy walking around in circles presumably due to cold
It goes to show how some parents are not really concerned with their child's health and wellbeing. They don't care enough to instil proper behaviour patterns and habits in their kids, which is a very important aspect of early life development, as these things stay with you throughout your entire life. It is regrettable how some people clearly unfit for parenting or with overloaded schedules end up having children and inadvertently harming them through indifference. Additionally it exemplifies how some people, especially children, are unable to recognise their mistakes and learn from them.
Maybe you could strike up a conversation with the boy a find out what's going on?
