The Green Party - fourth largest US party
The green party is a far-left political party, based on the principles of socialism, justice, peace, and ecology. Greens favor a progressive tax system, meaning the more money you earn, the more taxes you pay. They also believe in taxing natural resource extraction and introducing a 0,5% yearly wealth tax rate for individuals with a net worth of over 5 million dollars. They want to focus on improving the quality of life for all citizens and they don't want the main purpose of corporations to be maximizing profit at the cost of workers and the environment. They want to introduce a universal basic income, handed to every adult citizen for free. The green party also supports a tax-funded, universal healthcare, and education system. Greens think the government should introduce amends to Native Americans and people of African descent, to compensate for the wrongdoings from the past. Probably the biggest principal of the green party is ecology. The party wants to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 95% by 2050.

Does it really sound so "far-left" to you? Many European countries have been following similar policies for years.
