What do you expect to be the most important change or development in the world in the next ten years?

I expect the transition to clean energy and transportation to be the most important change in the world in the upcoming decade. Numerous manufacturers like Tesla or the Chinese automaker BYD have already been producing electric vehicles for several years, but the current battery technologies and the charging infrastructure are not yet good enough. Of course if the transportation people use is supposed to be pure, it needs to be powered by clean energy. Unfortunately, current renewable energy solutions, like photovoltaic panels or wind turbines are not very efficient and can only be implemented in certain places. Because of that, I think we need to further develop better renewable energy sources, or go back to using nuclear power, as it's clean and cheap to maintain. In conclusion I think that the most important change or development in the world in the next ten years will be the improvement and implementation of clean energy and transportation.
