My favourite staff member

My favourite staff member of the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel is Agnieszka. She is an ambitious woman that emigrated from a small village in Poland to London. In the hotel she works as a breakfast manager. She also hosts workshops for the hotel employees about grooming, which is one of her interests. She is very self confident and sociable which are important qualities for this type of job. Aga really tries to do her best and puts a lot of effort into her job, encouraging others to do the same. She has a smile on her face at all times and is great at small talk with customers, ensuring their stay is as good as possible.
